About Me
I've spent three decades working in organisations where the pace is relentless, the stakes are high, and the space to think clearly is rare. I've seen first-hand how the best leaders aren't always the ones with the most experience. They're the ones who know how to get out of their own way.
I work with people who are ready to think more clearly, lead more effectively, and move forward with real purpose. My approach is direct, practical, and built around you, not a formula. I'm an accredited coach, though the 30 years in the room tends to matter more.
