For organisations
Coaching for someone on your team
For HR and learning and development teams sponsoring coaching, and for managers approving it from a team budget.
Who it suits
-
A new manager in their first year
Someone good at the work who now has to lead the people doing it. The first year sets habits that last.
-
A leader stepping up or leading through change
A bigger role, a new team, or a reorganisation to carry through, with nobody neutral to think it through with.
-
Someone leaving the organisation
People leaving deserve good support. Individual outplacement coaching helps them work out what comes next and land it.
What you can choose
-
New-manager coaching
The Next Move for a manager in their first year: six sessions over twelve weeks, a transition map and a written 90 day plan. €1,200. What a new manager can expect.
-
Individual outplacement
The Next Move for someone leaving: six sessions over twelve weeks on what comes next, from their story, CV and LinkedIn to interviews and the offer. €1,200. There is also a page you can share with them.
-
Leadership coaching
The Leadership Engagement for more senior people: six months, structured feedback at the start and a written mid-point review. €3,000. More on leading through change.
Confidentiality, plainly
You get progress against the objectives we agree together. You do not get the content of sessions. What someone says in a session stays between them and me, and everyone knows that from the start. It is what makes the coaching work.
For The Leadership Engagement, I also write a mid-point review of progress against the objectives, shared as agreed at the start.
Cost and invoicing
The same published prices as for individuals: there is one price list, whoever pays. For more than one person, I will put together a single proposal.
I invoice the organisation directly, payable by bank transfer or card. If you need a purchase order number on the invoice, send it with the go-ahead and I will include it.
Questions organisations ask
What does outplacement coaching include?
Six one-to-one sessions over twelve weeks with The Next Move, focused on what comes next: the person's story, their CV and LinkedIn, interviews and the offer, ending with a written 90 day plan. It is confidential, and the first session is within two weeks of the go-ahead.
How do you report progress?
Against the objectives the three of us agree at the start. You get progress against those objectives, not the content of sessions. For The Leadership Engagement I also write a mid-point review, shared as agreed at the start.
Can you work with our purchase order process?
Yes. I invoice the organisation directly, payable by bank transfer or card. Send the purchase order number with the go-ahead and I will put it on the invoice.
Can you coach several people in our organisation?
Yes, one to one. I don't offer team coaching, but I can put together a single proposal covering each person individually.
How it starts
Three steps to getting started
-
Proposal
Tell me about the person and what you want the coaching to achieve. I reply with a short written proposal.
-
Three-way conversation
You, the person being coached and I agree the objectives and what progress looks like.
